Mayker Capital Completes Acquisition of StaffConnect
On January 26th 2023, Mayker Capital, through its wholly owned subsidiary Konetix Labs Inc. completed the acquisition of all, or nearly all of the assets of Hong Kong based software company Nobox Limited. Included in the sale was the HR management and applicant tracking system, StaffConnect, as well as a suite of supporting products including, QuizConnect, FormConnect, and ShowcaseConnect.
We are ecstatic to announce the successful acquisition of StaffConnect. With a cumulative effort from the entire team at Mayker we were able to welcome a pivotal addition to our software portfolio. Moving forward, we remain focused on the execution of our post-close strategic plan and continue to seek complimentary additions to the Konetix portfolio.
